Every offer starts with the property itself. We look at access, zoning, utilities, terrain, flood and wetland maps, and recent sales nearby, then we put a written number in front of you. We are the buyer, not a broker, so there are no listings, no showings, and no commissions. When we reach an agreement, we cover the standard closing costs and handle the paperwork through closing.
